Sign-up information

Tenancy information

If you apply to rent a property from us, we will ask you to provide reasonable personal information, including completing an application through renti. Renti’s privacy policy is available at https://www.renti.co/privacy.  We will not ask you for information that could be discriminatory or that is unnecessary for the purposes of the application.  Successful applications will be uploaded to our property management software, Palace.  Palace’s privacy policy is available at https://www.getpalace.com/nz/privacy-policy/.

If you enter into a tenancy agreement with us, we may collect limited personal information from you in the course of managing the tenancy, such as in our interactions and correspondence with you, and in carrying out property inspections. We respect your home and right to privacy and we will take reasonable steps to only collect the minimum information we need for the purpose of the tenancy.
